戦略インサイトプランニングコンサルタント/ Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant

A multinational management consulting and technology firm is seeking a Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant within its Value and Access practice. The selected candidate will deliver market access and pricing solutions, conduct research and analysis, and support client engagement across life sciences and healthcare projects.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage structured problem-solving frameworks to address complex client business challenges
• Conduct market research and desk research to generate insights for client decision-making
• Design and execute custom analyses using Excel and proprietary tools
• Synthesise findings and present insights through written reports and client presentations
• Develop and manage client relationships as a key project contact for assigned workstreams
• Support project planning, status tracking, and risk and issue mitigation activities
• Contribute to capability development and enhancement of internal methodologies and tools
• Mentor and support junior team members on project delivery and development
• Provide thought leadership within Market Access and Pricing engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences and social sciences
• More than 3 years of experience in Market Access and Pricing within life sciences, healthcare, or professional services
• Strong knowledge of quantitative and analytical problem-solving approaches
• Client-facing experience in consulting or advisory environments
• Fluent level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Master's degree or above in business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences
• 2–5 years of relevant post-study professional experience in lieu of a PhD
