Head of Onboarding & Client Renewals Experience
A renowned investment banking organisation is hiring a Head of Onboarding & Client Renewals Experience. The selected candidate will lead initiatives to enhance client journeys and ensure alignment with global and local standards. This is a direct contract to perm role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive enhancements in client journeys based on global initiatives and local needs
- Review and approve business requirements, testing, and translations for local flows
- Propose improvements and escalate issues in relevant forums
- Lead optimisation meetings and align priorities with global stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated client experiences
- Analyse journey data and implement actions based on insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, finance, or a relevant domain is ideal
- Experience in project management and coordination (client experience enhancement)
- Knowledge with AML/KYC practices and compliance requirements
- Skilled in using dashboards and CRM systems to monitor and optimise client journeys
- Possess valid JSDA, Sales Representative (level 1,2) certification is ideal
