A renowned international financial services organisation is looking for a Vice President of Client Engagement. The selected candidate will lead strategic client relationships and drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders across functions
• Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between client objectives and internal resources
• Understand client investment strategies, workflows, and market dynamics
• Provide consultative insights on regulations, operations, and industry standards
• Lead account planning efforts and drive retention and expansion goals
• Promote new platform capabilities and gather feedback to guide product development

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in financial services, consulting, technology, or asset management
• Knowledge of asset allocation, risk and portfolio management, performance attribution, trade execution and operations, etc.
• Fluent level Japanese and English
