プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A renowned renewable energy company is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee EPC contractor scope, manage procurement processes, and ensure project completion within technical, commercial, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the scope of turnkey EPC contractors, ensuring compliance with all project requirements
• Oversee procurement and selection processes to meet key project requirements
• Collaborate with financial and legal teams to create bankable global contracts
• Monitor project execution to prevent technical installation errors and ensure optimal system performance
• Identify and resolve project conflicts while proactively managing scope changes and potential risks
• Supervise project team members and contractors, ensuring accountability and adherence to company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or related management field
• More than 10 years of project execution experience
• More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer
• Proven experience in PV or BESS system design and technical project management
• Skilled in AutoCAD or SolidWorks CAD software (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
