ローカルオペレーティングユニットマネージャー/ Local Operating Unit Manager

A global energy company is seeking a Local Operating Unit Manager. The selected candidate will lead operations, drive growth, and ensure performance, compliance, and team development. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive profitable growth by executing and contributing to global strategy
• Lead local operations and site development as primary managerial focal point
• Oversee tendering activities and ensure proper team structure and resourcing
• Deliver operational and project targets to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
• Monitor performance, track targets, and implement continuous improvement actions
• Develop, guide, and motivate teams while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in business administration or commerce
• Experience across Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and Site Management
• Prior experience in Substation / System Integration segment
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Background in an engineering-based profit center
• Possess valid engineering qualification (power or related domain is ideal)
• Proficient in English
