地域コモディティマネージャー/ Regional Commodity Manager

A global renewable energy company is looking for a Regional Commodity Manager. The selected candidate will lead procurement for construction and engineering services in Japan while supporting regional initiatives across APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project-specific tenders and align sourcing with global strategies
• Support Japan sales teams by providing market insights and local regulation guidance
• Develop and manage local contractor portfolio aligned with global direction
• Execute localisation initiatives and represent procurement in local engagements
• Ensure efficient sourcing using global procurement tools and systems
• Manage procurement for field services, engineering services, and O&M activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, business, or economics
• More than 5 years of experience from project management, commercial functions within wind industry, construction, or O&M project business
• Experience with procurement contracts for goods and services (construction services)
• Background in manpower and machinery operation services contracting
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of Ariba is ideal
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese and English
