NPDグループマネージャー/ NPD Group Manager

A global consumer goods manufacturer is looking for a New Product Development Group Manager. The selected candidate will lead new brand development and drive category growth across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sustainable growth of the form category through innovation and strategy
• Lead development of new cross-category brands for global professional markets
• Oversee brand initiatives across Hair Care, Perm, Styling, and Men’s categories
• Manage marketing projects and execute global NPD strategies
• Align with global and regional stakeholders for seamless project execution
• Mentor and develop group talent to maximise team performance

Requirements:

• Experience in global category strategy development and annual action plan
• Background in NPD, 360 marketing, and on/offline communication
• Prior background in region/country collaboration and steering
• Proven background in KPI tracking and budget management
