営業ディレクター/ Sales Director
A global industrial technology company is looking for a Sales Director. The selected candidate will lead the sales organisation, develop and execute sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the assigned market.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities, industry verticals, and growth segments
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimisation
- Manage P&L responsibility for the assigned territory or market
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align business objectives
- Improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team of 8 members to achieve performance targets
- Drive a high-performance culture aligned with company objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 10 years of experience in sales leadership with people management experience in a medium-scale team
- Strong understanding of factory automation market analysis and industrial business processes
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and industrial network functions in factory automation
- Experience in direct sales and distributor sales management
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
- Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in business administration processes and marketing control functions
- Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in product launches
- Experience in industrial or factory automation markets
