トレードマーケティングスペシャリスト/ Trade Marketing Specialist

A global personal care manufacturing company is looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will drive trade strategies, develop sales materials, and optimise in-store execution through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Support development of consumer-centric trade stories aligned with marketing strategies
• Assist in building sales strategies including shelf allocation, distribution, pricing, and merchandising
• Collaborate on product launches and promotions to create compelling selling stories
• Prepare negotiation materials by analysing market trends and POS data
• Plan and oversee production of promotional materials and in-store assets
• Analyse campaign performance and share insights to improve sales effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in proposal-based sales using data in FMCG manufacturer or retailer
• Experience at an FMCG manufacturer or retailer
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 2 years of work experience in marketing or trade marketing roles
• More than 2 years of experience in the skincare category
• Experience in the cosmetics industry with sensitivity to beauty trends
