A global consumer goods company is looking for a Trade Operations Executive. The selected candidate will drive the execution of marketing strategies into operational plans, ensuring seamless coordination and performance tracking across commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

• Translate marketing strategies into actionable commercial execution plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and deliver initiatives
• Lead the rollout and execution of marketing-driven activities
• Manage projects with strict timelines and coordination across teams
• Develop standardised processes for detailed KPI tracking
• Analyse commercial performance and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in areas related brand marketing, performance marketing, and trade & commercial (multinational FMCG companies preferred)
• Experience in project management
• Prior brand marketing, performance marketing, trade & commercial
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in POS Data Analysis
• Prior experience in reporting and presentation to leadership team
