ヘルプデスク / Help Desk
A global industrial manufacturer of control systems is looking for a Tech Support Engineer (Help Desk). The selected candidate will handle client technical inquiries, coordinate product investigations and repairs, and support electrical system solutions and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone regarding product quality and technical issues
- Coordinate product investigations with factories and arrange repair processes
- Manage dispatch of service engineers and oversee repair execution (chargeable and non-chargeable)
- Analyse technical issues and implement solutions for electrical systems and components
- Prepare technical reports and communicate investigation results to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support engineering projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience of dealing with claim from clients
- Prior experience at foreign companies
- Background in industrial, electricity, mechanical, etc. heavy industry, power generation, chemical, oil refining chemical plant, or automobile
- Native level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 600+)
