営業戦略・ソリューションアナリスト/ Commercial Excellence Solutions Analyst

A global medical company is looking for a Sr. Associate or Manager, Commercial Excellence Solutions Analyst. The selected candidate will analyse complex datasets, deploy analytics solutions, and deliver actionable insights to drive commercial performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse internal and external data to generate actionable business insights
• Standardise data structures to enable regional and global reporting alignment
• Deliver insights to commercial teams to support strategic decisions
• Deploy analytics and automation solutions to commercial stakeholders
• Design localised analytics solutions to address specific business gaps
• Support key processes including incentive automation, CRM data management, and performance reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, economics or other related
  quantitative field
• More than 2 years of analytics system usage and management experience (Einstein Analytics and Tableau is ideal)
• More than 2 years of experience with data processing automation tools/ ETLs (Alteryx is a plus)
• Experience in commercial change management
• Knowledge of field force technologies (Salesforce.com CRM systems, tablet hardware, analytics systems preferred)
• Proficient in English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in field sales or marketing
• Knowledge of Japan Healthcare Market Environment
• Possess valid Salesforce.com Administrator certification
