FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global medical technology company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while partnering closely with business units to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across assigned business units
• Manage and update P&L forecasts and deliver insights to regional and local leadership
• Oversee income statement and selected balance sheet accounts for assigned units
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to management teams
• Provide actionable financial analysis to support business strategy and decisions
• Drive and implement global and regional finance processes and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree is ideal
• More than 8 years of professional experience
• More than 5 years of experience in the financial planning and analysis function
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent storytelling skills
• Professional level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the healthcare industry with manufacturing function
• Possess a valid Certified Public Accountant or similar qualification
