A global manufacturing company in the specialised apparel industry is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business performance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead long-range financial planning, annual budgeting, and periodic forecasting aligned with business strategy
• Analyse SG&A and CAPEX performance, identifying risks and cost optimisation opportunities
• Prepare variance analysis and conduct monthly reviews against budget and forecasts
• Consolidate sales forecasts in collaboration with commercial teams, assessing key drivers and risks
• Support gross margin planning and analysis for seasonal product lines with cross-functional teams
• Deliver actionable financial reports and insights to support management decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Business level written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in Power Query and SAP
