金融エンタープライズ・パートナー/ Finance Enterprise Partner

A global medical devices company is looking for a Finance Enterprise Partner. The chosen candidate will be partnering closely with business teams to provide financial insights that support strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with business colleagues and provide financial insights aligned with company goals to support effective strategic planning and business decision-making
• Support business case development for new and existing initiatives, profitability analysis, improvement proposals, sales scheme development, and analytical tool creation
• Work closely with business colleagues to ensure timely and transparent sales and profit forecasts for appropriate and effective decision-making
• Report financial outlooks to management and provide recommendations
• Optimise budget control processes in collaboration with other Finance teams and departments
• Contribute to operational improvements through automation, efficiency, and simplification initiatives
• Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to drive problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
• Review priorities from a management perspective and contribute to the proposal and implementation of optimal solutions for the team and the company as a whole

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of business finance or business analyst experience (FP&A, Controller, Finance business partner, Management accounting)
• Experience in communication with or presentation to managements or leaders
• Proficient in MS Office and Google tools, especially for data analytics
• Skilled in Excel pivot tables, creation of presentations for management, creation of dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, etc.
• Possess a valid qualification equivalent to JCCI Bookkeeping Level 2-3
• Native level Japanese; conversational level English

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA or CPA
• Experience in project management, advanced analysis, and cross-functional business improvement activities
• Experience with SAP (COPA module)
