ビジネスアナリスト / エグゼクティブ/ Business Analyst / Executive

A global financial services company is looking for a Business Analyst / Executive. The selected candidate will support real asset transactions, from financial modeling to due diligence and asset management.

Responsibilities:

• Build and audit financial models and valuations
• Assist in term sheet discussions and manage due diligence processes
• Support negotiation of transaction documents and internal approval workflows
• Research market trends and evaluate investment opportunities
• Prepare materials for board meetings, management reports, and investor updates
• Coordinate transaction-related admin tasks and liaise with legal and financial advisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, or a relevant domain
• Experience in a leading investment bank or equity/infrastructure investment role is ideal
• Prior experience in financial modelling and valuation skills
• Proficient in English and Japanese
