経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global renewable energy company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, tax coordination, cash flow management, and compliance with external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Accounting Director on month-end closing, tax filings, and regulatory updates
• Liaise with external JP CPA firms and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
• Review invoices and prepare bank payment requests for approval
• Monitor cash flow forecasts and prepare financial reports
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage intercompany transactions
• Maintain accurate general ledger records, support financial statement preparation, and develop accounting SOPs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or a relevant domain
• More than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping in accordance to JGAAP
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in renewable energy sector
