経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global health services company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, compliance, and team management while supporting audits and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in year-end financial audits and reporting requirements
• Drive process improvements and maintain workflow documentation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal accounting policies
• Lead, manage, and develop the accounting team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting
• More than 5 years of accounting and supervisory experience
• Prior multinational Company experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Skilled in accounting systems, policies and procedures, and accounting and audit in a multinational organisation
• Understanding of IFRS and local GAAP
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of Sun6 Accounting, and Cognos
