シニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager

A global restaurant franchise company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting. The selected candidate will lead financial reporting, tax oversight, and accounting projects while driving strategic insights and team performance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead accurate and timely financial reporting for regulatory and internal purposes
• Manage external audit engagements and resolve complex accounting issues
• Drive accounting projects including system changes and regulatory updates
• Deliver financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Oversee tax reporting, compliance, and advisory for internal stakeholders
• Develop team capabilities and lead cross-functional collaboration and change initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in project management
• Possess a valid Japanese CPA license (US CPA may be considered if accounting reporting/audit experience in a Japanese listed company is sufficient)
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in Big-4 audit firms
