財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global biochemical manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning while driving process improvements. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting aligned with local regulations and IFRS
• Oversee treasury, tax, and compliance in coordination with regional and global teams
• Manage internal controls and address audit findings in line with company policies
• Supervise month-end closing, analyse variances, and deliver financial insights
• Optimise cash flow by monitoring AR, AP, and inventory while improving processes
• Evaluate investment proposals and coordinate board and shareholder documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration
• More than 5 years of relevant finance experience in both domestic and international environments
• Fluent level reading, written, and spoken English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid CPA (Japan or international) certification
