IPOプロモーションマネージャー/ IPO Promotion Manager

A global medical devices company is looking for an IPO Promotion Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial reporting, disclosure processes, governance, and IPO-related initiatives while supporting business planning and growth. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage a timely disclosure framework aligned with IPO requirements
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and disclosure documents
• Coordinate with auditors and securities firms on compliance and reporting matters
• Strengthen corporate governance, internal audit, and J-SOX operations
• Develop business plans and manage forecasts versus actual performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in handling disclosures and audits at IPO preparation companies or listed companies
• Prior experience in negotiating with audit firms and securities companies as the main responsibility
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in promoting work in a position close to management
• Possess valid certified public accountant, USCPA, tax accountant, Nissho bookkeeping level 1, or similar qualification
