シニアアナリスト - 経理/ Senior Analyst Accounting

A global clinical diagnostics company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Accounting. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations, manage manufacturing FP&A activities, and support financial reporting and asset management within the finance team. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting and statutory reporting activities for the manufacturing site
• Manage manufacturing FP&A operations including monthly and annual budgeting and PPV and MUV analysis
• Handle manufacturing asset management operations including fixed assets and inventory
• Perform manufacturing closing operations including standard cost setting
• Collaborate with finance team members and report to the Finance Manager
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and support operational finance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in production accounting and costing
• Experience in FP&A and asset management in an international environment
• Advanced knowledge of production accounting, costing, and financial analysis
• Experience working in a medical device company handling medical hardware and lease accounting
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
