財務・人事オペレーション/ Finance & HR Operation

A global technology company is looking for a Finance & HR Operation professional. The selected candidate will manage payroll systems, handle HR and GA processes, and support finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily payroll system and coordinate with external payroll provider
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR administration and payroll
• Oversee HR and GA tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment
• Review monthly and annual accounting transactions
• Prepare budgets and generate monthly reports and forecasts
• Handle bank operations, audits, tax communications, and internal controls

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience as an accountant
• Background in audit financial transactions and tax inspection
• Prior HR compliance background
• Understanding of accounting regulations and procedures (US & JGAAP)
• Excellent data analysis and metrics skills
