秘書/管理/ Secretary/ Admin
A renowned hospitality company is seeking a Secretary/Admin. The selected candidate will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior management. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel for the MD and Deputy MD
- Handle communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations
- Coordinate communication between executives, staff, and external partners
- Organise meetings, events, and internal announcements
- Assist in project planning, research, and ensure confidentiality
Requirements:
- Experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English
