A global logistics company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist. The selected candidate will manage customer satisfaction, engagement, and operations support across various touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships through daily interaction and proactive communication
- Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to ensure closure
- Support onboarding by transferring requirements into internal systems
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate operational execution
- Collaborate with Finance to adjust credit limits and address account challenges
- Investigate and resolve complaints while identifying root causes for improvement
Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent time management skills
- Professional level Japanese and English
