カスタマーケアマネージャー/ Customer Care Manager
A renowned industrial automation company is hiring a Customer Care Manager. The selected candidate will lead project execution from quote to cash, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly performance review meetings and report on key metrics
- Oversee development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely documentation delivery
- Mitigate contract penalties and control post-order project costs
- Build and manage a high-performing customer care and project team
- Implement global standard processes, tools, and quote-to-cash systems
- Serve as escalation point and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in successful management of multisite, and multi-country projects
- More than 2 years of experience in managing a team
