コンプライアンスオフィサー/ Compliance Officer

A global telecommunications company is looking for a Compliance Officer. The selected candidate will drive ethics, risk management, and compliance initiatives while ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and responsible reporting across the organisation
• Implement and monitor ethics and compliance programs across business units
• Advise internal stakeholders on compliance matters and support external engagements
• Identify compliance risks and develop risk-based mitigation plans
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance monitoring activities
• Deliver training programs and support awareness initiatives aligned with global standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Business, Accounting, or another relevant domain
• 5-10 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, finance, or a related field
• Experience in antitrust, competition law, AML, data privacy, sanctions and trade compliance
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level verbal and spoken English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Prior international experience
