コンプライアンスアソシエイト/ Compliance Associate

A renowned financial services firm is seeking a Compliance, Asset Management Compliance, Associate/Vice President. The selected candidate will support compliance initiatives by identifying risks, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving practical solutions. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Support asset management compliance activities and ensure adherence to regulations
• Identify compliance risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve regulatory concerns
• Manage multiple compliance tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure
• Analyse issues and implement practical, solution-oriented actions
• Contribute to team initiatives while working independently when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, or the financial services industry (Asset Management is preferred)
• Excellent project management skills
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; business level English
