顧客関係管理担当(アソシエイトディレクター)/ RM Associate Director
A multinational risk assessment and analytics company is seeking an Associate Director – Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will manage senior client relationships, drive revenue growth through solution sales, and deliver strategic value through consultative engagement and cross-selling activities. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships across a defined client portfolio engaging senior stakeholders including Board and C-level executives
- Achieve sales targets by driving new business and recurring revenue through cross-selling and up-selling solutions
- Conduct high-impact client meetings and lead deal execution through to successful closure
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering insights and presenting the company’s value proposition
- Collaborate with product and solutions teams to develop tailored client strategies and enterprise solutions
- Maintain deep understanding of products, client organisations, and use cases to provide strategic guidance
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting to management
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities within existing client accounts
- Support adoption of solutions across client organisations through consultative engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 10 years of experience from financial vendor sales, data sales, solution sales, or financial software sales
- Strong coverage on Non-Financial Institutional clients
- Hunting sales experience
- Proven experience in solution sales and relationship management with engagement at senior stakeholder level including Board and C-level
- Strong track record in consultative selling, cross-selling, and up-selling enterprise solutions
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles independently
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English

- Background in finance, economics, risk, or compliance
