アカウントスーパーバイザー/ Account Supervisor
A global professional services organisation is looking for an Account Supervisor. The selected candidate will manage customer inquiries, safety incidents, and cross-functional coordination for toy-related QA and product communication.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and technical inquiries from stakeholders
- Provide accurate technical explanations with QA teams
- Respond to escalated safety and quality issues and ensure follow-up
- Manage safety incidents and coordinate investigations and reporting
- Create and review product instructions and safety documentation
- Coordinate with global teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
Requirements:
- Experience in managing customer support or QA in consumer products
- Fluent level Japanese; business level reading, written, and spoken English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience working with overseas vendors or global organisations
- Skilled in translating technical documents related to product safety, warnings, or user instruction
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Knowledge of toy safety standards (e.g., ST, ASTM, CPSIA, EN71)
