アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

A global chemical company is seeking an Account Manager - Natural Resources. The selected candidate will drive regional business development, strategy execution, and customer engagement across diverse product lines. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales strategy to maximise business growth and profitability
• Analyse markets and support planning to expand market share across segments
• Provide training and resources to distributors and develop customer-focused programs
• Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies in response to competition and trends
• Lead account strategy development, including product introductions and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with R&D on new product opportunities and market-driven innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineer
• More than 5 years of experience in technical sales and business development of specialty chemicals
• Experience in business development, and global projects involvement is a plus
• Prior experience in direct contact with customers at commercial levels and distribution channel management
• Knowledge of industries of Pulp&Paper, electronics, Lithium battery, and lubricant
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in reading, written, and verbal English
