人事総務マネージャー/ HR & GA Manager

A renowned machinery manufacturing company is seeking an HR & GA Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations, office administration, and EHS compliance while driving organisational improvements. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll, attendance, and employee relations matters
• Lead HR initiatives including policy development, engagement programs, and contract transitions
• Support hiring activities, coordinate with agencies, and enhance recruitment processes
• Oversee office operations, vendor management, contracts, and internal events
• Handle EHS coordination, ensuring workplace safety compliance and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, or related field
• More than 5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience in Japan
• Experience working in a foreign affiliated or international company
• Understanding of Japanese labor laws and HR compliance
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
