Head of HR
A renowned investment company is seeking a Head of Human Resources. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to compliance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Drive employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace concerns
- Develop and enforce HR policies in line with local regulations
- Oversee performance review systems and support employee development
- Coordinate with external partners for HR services and visa processes
- Manage HR systems, documentation, and internal communication
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in human resources functions as a generalist
- Experience in a startup, international, or fast-growing setting is ideal
- Knowledge of Japanese labor law and HR compliance practices
- Native level written and spoken Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English
