Head of HR

A renowned investment company is seeking a Head of Human Resources. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to compliance and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Drive employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace concerns
• Develop and enforce HR policies in line with local regulations
• Oversee performance review systems and support employee development
• Coordinate with external partners for HR services and visa processes
• Manage HR systems, documentation, and internal communication

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in human resources functions as a generalist
• Experience in a startup, international, or fast-growing setting is ideal
• Knowledge of Japanese labor law and HR compliance practices
• Native level written and spoken Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English
