アセットマネージャー/ Asset Manager

A renowned real estate company is looking for an Asset Manager – Retail Leasing & Business Development. The selected candidate will lead leasing strategies, negotiations, and business development initiatives for retail assets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to improve occupancy and tenant mix
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations in collaboration with legal and brokers
• Identify business development opportunities aligned with market trends
• Analyse market data to support asset repositioning and performance improvements
• Manage leasing-related budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in real estate, finance, or related domain
• More than 5 years of experience in retail asset management or leasing
• Experience in retail portfolio management and complex lease deals
• Knowledge of Tokyo/ Japan retail dynamics and tenant ecosytems
• Possess valid Japanese Broker’s licence
• Fluent level written and verbal English; proficient in Japanese is ideal
