日本カントリーマネージャー / Japan Country Manager

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Japan Country Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales, promotion, and partner engagement efforts while driving market expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and promotional activities with resellers, solution providers, and end users
• Build and maintain relationships with key software partners, distributors, and system integrators
• Plan and execute sales activities, including demonstrations, roadshows, and exhibitions across industries like industrial inspection, security, and defence
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and solutions
• Expand customer sales opportunities and strengthen relationships
• Create and manage RFI submissions, tenders, and contract documentation

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in B2B business with communicating role (Sales Rep, Field Engineer, etc.)
• Experience in pre-sales and marketing activities
• Prior experience in sales or service management is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong project management and coordination skills
