戦略的バイヤー/ Strategic Buyer

An energy technology company is searching for a Strategic Buyer. The chosen candidate will manage sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and procurement activities to ensure cost, quality, delivery, and compliance objectives are met. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for defined material groups within the service business unit to achieve availability on time, cost savings, quality, and service level objectives
• Lead the procurement process for defined material groups, including identifying, selecting, and developing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance
• Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contractual terms
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential risks
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and project management, to ensure procurement activities align with business requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 3 years of working experience
• Proficient in English and Japanese; other languages is advantageous
