物流調達マネージャー/ Logistics Procurement Manager

A global chemical company is looking for a Logistics Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will lead regional logistics procurement strategy, drive cost optimisation, and manage supplier performance across NEA and SEA.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy regional logistics procurement strategies aligned with business and global priorities
• Drive cost savings and efficiency through strategic sourcing, benchmarking, and supplier negotiations
• Lead logistics transformation initiatives and manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment
• Oversee procurement across transport, warehousing, freight, and specialised logistics categories
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and continuous improvement plans
• Analyse market trends and logistics data to optimise operations and inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, supply chain, engineering or related field (Master’s degree in supply chain or logistics is ideal)
• 5-10 years relevant work experience in logistics procurement or supply chain roles
• Experience in leading transformation and process improvement projects
• Prior regional experience across Asian markets or multi geography roles with cross country stakeholder management
• Background in ocean freight markets, regional regulations, and logistics cost modelling
• Knowledge of logistics understanding (shipping, road transportation, warehousing)
• Skilled with AI-enabled productivity tools (Palantir, M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level English and Japanese
