サプライプランニングマネージャー/ Supply Planner Manager

A global oil and energy company is looking for a Supply Planner Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end supply, production, and raw material planning to optimise inventory, ensure availability, and resolve supply constraints across the network. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute replenishment plans to balance supply and demand across warehouses and sites
• Lead mid- to long-term production and raw material planning aligned with forecasts and inventory targets
• Identify capacity and supply constraints through RCCP and scenario planning, recommending mitigations
• Manage inventory levels to minimise stockouts, excess, and obsolescence risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning strategies with business objectives and S&OP processes
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvements in planning accuracy, supply chain efficiency, and digital initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 8–12 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries
• Experience in Supply Planning using an advanced digital Planning tool
• Skilled in supply chain software and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE)
• Proficient in English and Japanese
