A global specialty chemicals manufacturing company is looking for a Planning & Material Management professional. The selected candidate will oversee production planning, raw material management, and supply coordination to ensure stable operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage raw material supply to address shortages and support daily operations
• Analyse MRP and raise purchase requests to ensure material and product availability
• Create and maintain daily production schedules for plant operations
• Prepare monthly forecasts, coordinate with sales, and upload data into SAP
• Coordinate with toll manufacturers and suppliers to ensure stable production and delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage inventory monitoring, shipments, and government coordination

Requirements:

• Understanding of ERP(SAP)
• Business level English; native level spoken Japanese
