コマーシャルプランニング/ Commercial Planning

A global food manufacturing company is looking for a Commercial Planning professional. The selected candidate will lead demand planning, forecasting, and analytical reporting to support sales and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual and quarterly demand plans and sales targets
• Create weekly shipment forecasts and address deviations
• Align commercial, operations, and finance teams through clear reporting
• Support issue resolution on unsold and critical inventory
• Identify portfolio opportunities from surplus production and demand gaps
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and scenario planning for key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, business administration, economics, supply chain, logistics, national trade
• Experience in planning processes (production planning, S&OP process, logistics, customer service, or sales planning
• Prior experience in food products import and export planning (poultry is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level English; professional level Japanese
