A global toy manufacturer is looking for an eCommerce Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage key online retail accounts, optimise sales strategies, and enhance digital performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and performance of Amazon and Rakuten accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and align with business goals
- Optimise product listings, keywords, and rankings to improve visibility and conversion
- Monitor key metrics and analyse data to enhance performance
- Collaborate with marketing to refine content and advertising strategies
- Work with supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage inventory
Requirements:
- Experience in Amazon account management
- Background in managing Amazon account and Vendor Central
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Skilled in Amazon-specific analytics tools
- Business level Japanese and English
