プリンシパルカスタマーサクセスマネージャー/ Principal Customer Success Manager
An international consumer intelligence company is hiring a Principal Customer Success Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic outcomes for enterprise clients by enhancing retention, growth, and executive relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders to improve adoption and engagement
- Lead renewal and expansion processes and collaborate with Sales to drive successful outcomes
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and data insights
- Advocate customer feedback internally to influence product strategy and development
- Provide thought leadership to improve customer success strategies and operational processes
- Forecast account health, address risks, and regularly report trends to leadership
- Align customer goals with technology through Mutual Success Plans
- Mentor team members and share best practices across the Customer Success organisation
- Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency
- Maintain Salesforce account notes, log feature requests, and escalate risks when necessary
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within SaaS
- Proven success managing and expanding enterprise portfolios and engaging with executive stakeholders
- Proficient in SFDC, Gainsight, Gong, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
- Ability to work with SaaS contracts, legal, and procurement teams
- Skilled in value selling, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration
