EHSマネージャー/ EHS Manager

A renowned IT company is looking for an EHS Manager. The selected candidate will lead site safety management, risk analysis, and compliance while driving continuous improvement across projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce health and safety policies across construction sites
• Conduct risk assessments including high-risk activities and ensure mitigation plans
• Perform site inspections, identify non-compliance, and drive corrective actions
• Analyse incidents, track performance metrics, and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to improve safety standards and alignment
• Deliver safety training, promote awareness, and enhance EHS management systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in Health and Safety in construction
• Knowledge of international Health and Safety standards and requirements
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in ISO 45001
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations within EMEA
• Possess valid IOSH membership
