ミドルオフィスオペレーションマネージャー/ Middle Office Operations Manager
A global financial services company is looking for a Middle Office Operations Manager. The selected candidate will manage trade capture, reconciliation, settlements, and lifecycle events across multiple asset classes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle trade capture and allocation for cash equity and stock loan products
- Ensure front-to-back STP flow and resolve booking discrepancies
- Monitor and reconcile positions, transactions, and confirmations
- Coordinate with local and global teams to ensure timely settlements
- Support new business implementation by managing static data setup
- Oversee regulatory reporting accuracy and life cycle events for listed derivatives
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in financial industries
- Experience in team and people management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Possess valid JSDA Sales Representative (Class 1 & 2) qualification
- Professional level English and Japanese
