Customer Support Director
A global medical devices company is looking for a Customer Support Director. The selected candidate will lead and improve customer support operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving service enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and functional leaders to drive customer support initiatives
- Identify and execute service margin improvement strategies
- Streamline internal processes within the Customer Support team
- Optimise inventory levels, turnover, and fill rates
- Monitor and report key performance indicators
- Analyse service history data to assess equipment condition and define service requirements
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in medical or life science market is preferred
- Experience using SAP and SFDC in business is a plus
- Possess valid driver’s licence
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Business level English is ideal
