Head of Product Management & Development

A global chemical company is looking for a Head of Product Management & Development. The selected candidate will lead the strategic development and execution of digital farming products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a cross-functional digital product team to achieve operational excellence
• Drive digital product positioning, pricing, promotion, and seamless customer onboarding
• Develop and implement product development roadmaps based on customer and market insights
• Conduct market research and manage reporting tools to guide product improvements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and integration
• Design and enhance agronomic models and manage field trials to support digital product performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, marketing, and agriculture
• More than 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, business administration (digital business in agriculture is ideal)
• Experience in product management
• Prior experience in leadership
• Proven experience in sales is a plus
• Knowledge in marketing
• Understanding of agricultural market (agronomy)
• Professional level Japanese and English
