GTM VP/ GTM VP

An international apparel company is seeking a VP for GTM (Go-to-Market). The selected candidate will oversee product development, marketing strategies, and team management to enhance brand positioning and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute branding strategies through merchandising, pricing, product development, and promotions
• Manage gross margin, sell-through, markdowns, and inventory control to meet financial targets
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute key business initiatives
• Lead the evaluation and development of marketing and brand strategies aligned with global standards while adapting to local needs
• Supervise visual merchandising, store design, and consumer touchpoints to maintain global standards
• Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business goals and foster a collaborative work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 15 years of experience in fashion apparel merchandising or marketing (fashion retail setting is ideal)
• Experience with Japanese consumer
• Knowledge of product development interfaces with merchandising
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal English (TOEIC 900+)
