A renowned advisory company is looking for a Software Developer. The selected candidate will develop and enhance insurance and internal systems while supporting solution design, testing, and client-facing agile projects.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and customise core insurance systems
• Develop in-house applications as part of the R&D team
• Design IT solutions and prepare technical documentation
• Write and execute unit tests
• Collaborate directly with clients within agile project teams

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of software development experience (Java is a plus)
• Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, clean code, and best practices
• Understanding of software engineering
• Fluent level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), microservices, JMS, Spring
