エンドユーザーテクニカルスペシャリスト/ End-user Technical Specialist
A multinational insurance company is looking for a Technical Specialist, End User Collaboration Solutions. The selected candidate will manage and support Office 365 services and email infrastructure while driving automation and troubleshooting collaboration tools.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
- Monitor and optimise infrastructure to support CI/CD environments
- Deploy and maintain email gateways, hybrid Exchange, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 components
- Create and manage mail flow rules, SPAM filtering, and perform message tracing
- Troubleshoot messaging, call quality, Intune BYOD, and mail delivery issues under SLA
- Automate and orchestrate infrastructure processes and tasks using PowerShell
- Lead critical issue resolution and mentor team members
- Document knowledge and develop process materials to improve support
- Design and implement change requests aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with global IT teams to support Office 365 and other collaboration tools
Requirements:
- Practical experience in Azure AD, O365 tools (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, etc.)
- Prior Azure logs, Intune endpoint management experience on physical devices with SCCM or Intune
- Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing tool is ideal
- Understanding of the SharePoint Online environment
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for all O365 modules
- Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps/Power BI/Power Automate) is a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Change/Problem/Service request and Incident management is desired
- Proficient in English and Japanese
