インプリメンテーションコンサルタント/ Implementation Consultant

A global IT solutions company is looking for an Implementation Consultant. The selected candidate will drive system implementation and support for the online genuine parts shop across Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities:

• Manage implementation projects from planning to execution
• Serve as the liaison between customers and the technical/product team
• Support distributors and dealers, including conducting product training
• Present solutions and offerings to prospective clients
• Provide user support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Translate documents and guides for internal and external use

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of business experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in computer software and international project management
• Native level Japanese; business level English
